I had a lovely meal here tonight . The restaurant has a vegan menu and a dish or two off the main menu are suitable. Also a proper vegan dessert which has been illusive here up until now.
I had the fennel orange and hazlenut salad to start great big plate of mixed lettuce with generous amounts of the other ingredients (might be a main size!) Bean chilli which was nice and came with organic rice and veg although it wasn't at all spicy. There was a gf yam based chocolate dessert,...
Best place in Furnas for vegans. Many options on their meniu. We went there 3 times for dinner during our stay in Furnas. I had the chilli beans dish on the first evening and the vegan couvert and soup on the second. On the last night, i had a vegan pizza and sorbet ice cream for dessert. Everything were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was of high quality and well prepared, although it was a shame that the service, although the staff was very friendly, was too slow.
Vegetarian options: Good and very delicious vegan options, they have several dishes on the menu specifically for vegans, something that I am always looking for and it is difficult to find
