Today around noon, I decided to have lunch at Ei. My hamburger was the Super X Tudo, which has chicken and beef. I can assure you that this meat was anything but beef and chicken. You know when you go to the supermarket and find those cheap frozen hamburgers that no one wants? These are the ones who serve you in Ei. For 15 euros per hamburger, I expected more. Typical soulless restaurant by the sea, which charges a fortune for cheap supermarket food.

Worker Fatima says there is no advance reservation when we arrive at the place.
We waited for a table, behind my family there were already 3 other families waiting. Meanwhile, a family arrived, and the employee, Fatima, who had given the information, told the family to come in and sit down. We were surprised by the attitude, I asked why, and they told me that they had a reservation. . .
Deplorable attitude, lack of respect for customers. I asked for a complaints book, and the man at the counter told me that they didn't really take reservations. But this employee did not respect the establishment's rules. This man immediately made a table available for my family to have lunch, due to the employee's attitude, after writing in the complaints book, I rejected this man's offer, and went to have lunch in a place where customers are treated equally, and with respect.

Biggest burger I've ever eaten in my life, I mean, I tried it because it's just 300 grams of meat, in addition to the excellent team that has all the friendliness of Fátima.
