Very, very good. One of the few restaurants in that area of the Portuguese coast that still maintain a slight price difference compared to Spain. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable. It already indicates it at the door: "A bad place for a diet." They have designed the menu in such a way that you would want to try everything and unfortunately the day I visited my companions were not very hungry. The managers are charming. If you are spending a few days in Aveiro or Costa Nova, it is worth traveling a few more kilometers to get to Vagueira, just to eat at this restaurant,

We ordered 2 steaks, one of which was pepper, it literally tasted like charcoal. As no one likes to be an annoying customer, we were avoiding ordering back but all the steak tasted the same and looked like it had fallen into the coals. They charged the bill anyway and didn't even apologize. I've been here a few times and it's always been good, but after the attitude they had I don't intend to go back.

We were excited to see what awaited us, very inconspicuous but absolutely great. The service was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We chose two different steaks. These were presented to us before preparation and served in two courses at the waitress's recommendation. The meat was cut at the table and was absolutely perfect in terms of cooking and taste. The side dishes and wine were also very good. This is a top address for meat lovers.
