Esplanada Zé Manel offers some of the best seafood and monkfish rice around. The restaurant may not offer an Instagrammable atmosphere, but it delivers delicious food, top-notch service, and a focus on fresh ingredients. The rice with seafood is abundant and very tasty, and the homemade pastel de nata is exquisite. The friendly staff provide very good service, and the prices are fair with generous portions. Highly recommended.
