Firstly, let me get this out of the way, the staff was wonderful. They we’re very welcoming, the chef even greeted us once we entered. Now, the food was absolutely terrible. We have a theory that maybe the actual chef wasnt there, since it was a really slow day (we were the only clients). I went there with my family. We ordered shrimp ramen, a chicken burrito, and my mom ordered some sushi plate. Let me tell you, it was our first time trying ramen, and i had high expectations. It was disappointing. The noodles were overcooked, the boiled eggs im pretty sure were reheated (the inside was still cold). The shrimp was also obviously old, which is fascinating, since its a restaurant by the beach. There was absolutely no flavour whatsoever. The soup tasted like water. To top it off, an obscene amount of parsley. It was overwhelming. About my mothers sushi, i dont know what they put in there, but it tasted unlike anything I’ve ever have. It was so strong and nauseating, it was an effort to finish it. The burrito was okay. It was the best dish out of all of them.
The sushi is good but the prices are a little high in my opinion. I've had sushi of similar quality and at much more reasonable prices. Even the sweet and sour sauce is paid separately (€1). Since the prices were already high, they could at least offer the sauce. In terms of staff, the lady who served us was very friendly. We left €26 per person and we still had to go eat a crepe somewhere else to avoid getting hungry.

With local marine products they reinvent Mexican, Japanese or Peruvian food. Allow yourself to be advised on the right quantities and dishes. All very good, although I couldn't handle the texture of the squid nigiri.

Japanese and Mexican, what could go wrong - nothing! It was a wonderful evening at Bluefin. We were there relatively early (7:30 p.m.) so we had the restaurant almost to ourselves, which wasn't bad with children. We tried our way across the map. The ceviche was particularly delicious. Many other dishes also impressed us. From the crispy prawns to the warm sushi, everything was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.
