Simple and relaxed atmosphere. It doesn't accept reservations so it's on a first-come, first-serve basis, which is great because that way you don't see empty seats and people waiting. Traditionally homemade food, tasty and in generous portions. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Very good quality/price ratio.

I've been going there for some time and for the first time on a birthday, the birthday girl took the cake and champagne, which translated into an extra €5 for the service, perfectly avoidable.

I have never eaten so well, in such large quantities, for so little money.
The service is IMPECCABLE ?
The meat is just incredible, you have to see it to believe it. The truly Portuguese atmosphere makes the place unique.
In my book, it has a place on the “best restaurant in the world” page.
