“A bit out of the way but very nice restaurant with a great view.

The food was very good. The portions are large. The food is regional and freshly prepared in the kitchen. This makes up for the rather small selection of dishes.
In addition to the main courses, there is a fine selection of starters and homemade desserts.

The service was also very friendly.

In any case, the restaurant is worth a visit!“

“Fui caminhar nos passadiços do Sistelo e fui comer á tasquinha da ti'mélia, com a minha esposa e adorei, o bacalhau estava óptimo, o ambiente também, mas o atendimento foi 5 estrelas! Pessoas simples, educadas e simpáticas, sem dúvida a repetir e a divulgar. Muito Obrigado a todos...“

“We stopped there more or less spontaneously on our trip to Porto and were extremely positively surprised. Although communication was only possible in English and the card was in Portuguese and was only hanging on the entrance door, this was quickly forgotten when the food arrived. Ordered as “small beef”, an extremely large portion came with plenty of side dishes for ONLY 9 euros! The setting is beautiful and there are provisions against the summer heat. The service was really friendly and the price-performance ratio was outstanding.“

“My partner and I went to this restaurant for dinner on Wednesday, we saw the reviews on Google and they were all good and on top of that it was close to where we are staying (2 minutes walk).

As soon as we arrived, it was almost full. We started ordering the food, we ordered a starter of clams and bulhão pato (they were divine!!!!!), I ordered hake fillets and my companion ordered rump hearts (he loved them!!!!!).

For dessert, we ordered a homemade crepe, which was also incredible.

In fact, everything was incredible: the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant, the friendly and welcoming service, the incredible food and the speed of the service!

The prices may be a little higher than expected, but from everything I mentioned that it was quite good, it is acceptable.

Therefore, I recommend anyone passing through Castro Laboreiro to eat at this place, you won't regret it.“

“We booked to eat on a Sunday at noon. The room was full of people, it's very noisy and poorly soundproofed, it's a shame but we understand because in the month of August, there are always a lot of people. There is no decoration in the room or on the tables, but the view is spectacular. The servers are attentive and pleasant. As for the dishes, the food is local and very tasty, the portions are large. What we enjoy most are the desserts, we recommend "castreja" with all the flavors of castro.
A good experience although with some points to improve to be excellent!“
