We sat down and ordered the food, as it was the first time we had visited the restaurant it took us a while to decide and because I am the only one who speaks Portuguese, my husband and children speak other languages including English, and the menu did not detail the which accompanies, 'as far as I remember' my stepson is celiac (allergy to gluten and lactose), I had to ask about the dishes, that's what they have for him, you were impatient, rude, and seemed to know nothing about this type of allergy, and as I'm pregnant I had to ask for my meat well done. The food arrived, first the starters and they were very good and then the main dishes, my meat was pink but more red, I asked the gentleman to roast it again, as I'm pregnant, and my doctor was very clear in saying that any animal protein must be good, and well done, I spoke to you but the other gentleman came to me all arrogant and said, try the meat first and then say if it's good or not, and I very bluntly said that I can't eat it because it's very clear that the meat is undercooked and I can't eat it, and there was still a little blood on the plate when I cut it, I rejected it and didn't try it, he took the meat away, and then I brought it back and the meat was still pink but not like before, and it was veal, I didn't eat almost any of the meat, I just cut off the part that was well done. My husband and stepdaughter ordered sheep/goat meat, the dish had more bones than meat. And there was a table next door, and the man who served us, served the table next to us, and he said loudly, wow, how quick and praised them, I don't know if it was a joke for us, but it went down badly with me. In the end. I was very irritated, and disappointed, I had high expectations, and the service left me to be desired. Simply fantastic, we took a 200km motorbike ride, went for lunch and both the octopus and the steak were divine and Mr. Joaquim is very friendly, we had very good service, and always kept an eye on the bike... but the prices were exaggeratedly expensive... 2 small plates of gelatin 9 euros... definitely not to be repeated....
