Waiting for about an hour for soup, a steak and a bitoque. Although the bifana and soup came first, it also took a long time. They even give a discount because it's New Year's and it's busy. However, there are already many similar comments and one should learn from mistakes. I don't have much experience in restaurants, but I can see that little things like numbering all the tables and assigning tables to specific employees would help. Employees serving all the tables, no longer knew who had been served or not, what one or the other had ordered, they delivered the orders haphazardly (even if they were two steaks for the same table...), they forgot the order ... As if that wasn't enough, 45 minutes after placing the order, they came to me and said that they didn't have the type of bitoque I had requested.I heard some justifications such as the fact that it was full. But it is not justification when there is no organization.Whoever gave 5 stars was certainly lucky, because in this 1 hour you could hear and observe a lot of things.
