An unexpected ending. The food was good, the service was good, everything was going well, we ordered two dishes, one of the day and one from the menu and a water, we ordered bread and olives and they asked if we wanted a salad and we said yes. In the end we asked for the bill and were amazed at the value of the salad, €6.50, a lettuce and tomato salad with onion! I live in the Algarve and a salad costs between €1.50 and €2. It's not just the price but also the attitude, if they hadn't asked us we wouldn't have ordered, in fact when they asked I thought it was an option for the dishes, with or without! What could have been an excellent meal was no longer so.

I stopped for lunch and, although it was a little late, we were well received and there was no problem in serving us a delicious home-style lunch. I had a Lamb Stew and it was delicious. My wife had Carne do Alguidar and it didn't disappoint either. The price was more than affordable for the quality and quantity presented. I will be back soon.
