Today I received €1 in change in €0.10 coins... and the employee at the counter (5:45 pm) needs training in customer service (lack of friendliness)...They responded that this happened because the receipt of amounts was managed by automatic machines. I know this type of equipment very well, it's a question of parameterization and supply, if the machine doesn't have larger caliber coins, it gives what it has depending on its working capital.
