I ordered a heated mixed puff pastry, it came cold and on top of that it wasn't fresh, you could see the cheese crumbling but the cashier said it was freshly cooked in the morning. (I've cooked a lot of them too)
I explained to the waiter that last year the 2kg birthday cake had been too much and that this year I wanted a 1.5kg one. I went to pick it up today and they delivered a cake weighing 2.3 kg. There is no shortage of pastry shops with more professionalism in the surrounding area.
