Payment at automatic card machines was not working correctly on August 7th, which made the entire process difficult. Many people, I couldn't have lunch. On July 26, 2024, everything went wrong. Half an hour to get an ice cream (and I had to go to the counter to insist), I placed an order for 5 menus, having informed the employee at the counter that I wanted each menu on a separate tray... the result was that everything was brought to the table because they were separated in the counter took up a lot of space!! Terrible.

It's still the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Bad service, zero friendliness, zero customer help, zero food, hamburgers have nothing to do with the Burger King chain. At the end of 6 visits, experiences, I give up for good, not like that. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service, besides the fact that I placed the order at 11:30 and they said that the order would be delivered at 12:00, it was delivered to me at 1:15 and they didn't bring me what I ordered, I placed an order for €40 and a 12€ and 79 cents. I called and showed my displeasure at such incompetence, they told me that they would deliver the correct order before 1:30 pm and guess what, nothing has arrived yet, what a disappointment, it's better to place the order at MacDonald, they are fast and efficient
