Previously, several times, I was served by a lady and it was always 5 stars. However, the last time I went there, exactly a week ago, we were served by a guy, who spoke Brazilian Portuguese, rude and arrogant, who refused to serve the entire order, threw the drinks on the table roughly and When he heard that he was rude, he still came out onto the street to demand satisfaction and say that in his house we owed him respect.This is how a good house is ruined by a bad employee.

The employee showed the worst service possible with a huge lack of respect towards my wife when he was going to clean the table. He showed signs of being unwilling and out of patience when we placed our order. The house deserves better and clients do not need this type of service.

We visited Guarda at lunchtime and happened upon this place by accident. We asked if the menu was available in English but it’s only in Portuguese. We chose a toasted sandwich with chicken and ordered, together with a cold drink of ice tea as it was a warm day. The sandwiches were large enough that one would have sufficed for two of us! The food was tasty and nicely presented. The waitress understands English but admits she finds replying more difficult. However the chef came out and began to chat to us in German…!
A super pleasant environment, everything very clean. 5-star service and very good toast. I recommend it without a doubt.
