Wheelchair accessibility: Step at the entrance to access the living room below. To go to the upper floor there are only stairs. Large bathroom with wide doors, accessible but without a turning radius inside the toilet cabin.

A very pleasant surprise. After 400 kilometers, it was the first meal I had as soon as I arrived in Guia. Starting with the starter pate, which was great, ending with carob and lemon in the afternoon, everything was divine! Menu: Pate (great with bread) Olives (very well seasoned) Franguinho à Guia (it's worth waiting 10 minutes, each chicken is roasted as soon as it is ordered at the table, super juicy and tasty) Salad (tomato, cucumber, onion and roasted peppers) Trete de Carob (an out-of-the-box pie with lemon flavor)

Space is a little dated, but Guia's chicken isn't bad, and the potatoes at least weren't frozen. Restaurant full but the staff, despite being new to the role, were friendly.

The place is nice and the service is relatively quick. The guide's chicken wasn't the most pleasant. In addition to being extremely small, it was quite salty. A negative note is the prices, which are quite misleading. On the door they say "Guia Chicken + French Fries €7.50" which is misleading, as it is not a chicken but half a chicken! Other houses nearby make their prices very explicit regarding dosages. It is quite expensive considering the amount served.
"Not even €7.5 in the supermarket" only if it's in the Algarve. In any part of the country it is the normal average price for a roast chicken twice its weight!
