Not bad, but the burgers were a little bit greasy

Unpleasant waiting for the order due to the lady shouting the order numbers. You may be on the other side of shopping when you hear your number.
The burgers were bathed in meat juices, leaving the bun soaked.
Chicken wings were 90% fat and 10% meat.

Takes gluten free food seriously. You can order GF at the counter and they have a separate fryer for the GF fries.

I got my pants dirty at one of the Burger King tables. I spoke to the store manager who said that they clean the tables above and below every day. He still tells me that he can't resolve the situation, and he believes in the work of the colleague who cleaned the tables from below. When both tables are dirty and one of them has a piece of chewing gum that looks like it's months old.

Little sympathy. When asking for water, they only had fresh water, at least in the store, without the possibility of choosing or checking. I hadn't even questioned the option of switching to natural juice yet, I was already calling the other number.

Food great as with usual burger king, however at the time I visited the restaurant was incredibly busy. There isn't much space to stand and wait for your order so it leads to overcrowding at the front, which isn't pleasant for those standing or those sitting in. Food also took longer than expected, however that's likely due to how busy it was at the time.Apart from that it's the usual burger king experience. However here you need to get your receipt from the order machines, and then take it to the counter to pay, rather than just pay on the machine.

How can a company of this size not worry about the team to form its store. Today there was a guy here at the Algarve shopping store who was literally arguing with his colleague about a guy with a beard, when completing the order, during delivery, mistreating the cashier. The criteria you use is ridiculous. Attention, there were two with beards, he was the one who didn't (not) wear glasses.
