Great family run traditional Portuguese restaurant. The food is all homemade and definitely worth the wait. Its not a fancy place but you can relax and enjoy the food. Dont worry about the comments that Dad doesnt speak English. His son Tiago is running the place the majority of the time. They are very friendly, so give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

All I wanted was an authentic Peri Peri chicken experience & that is certainly what I got. The older gentleman serving didn’t speak English but after a few hand gestures & key words later we managed to get our order across. Whilst waiting for our meal locals were pulling up for a beer or a meal which is always a good sign. The chicken was so juicy and the marinade was beautiful. The fries were hot & the perfect mix of soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The simple tomato, lettuce, onion salad was a great touch. All this + 2 drinks was €27. Would recommend.

A great experience. Guia's famous chicken was delicious, during my vacation I also tried the take-away, which was another pleasant surprise, chicken, pork belly and spare ribs, and everything was wonderful. Very good service and very welcoming space.
