What a great find in Guimarães! We dined on a Sunday evening and enjoyed attentive service. The peixinhos da horta (tempura green beans) with wasabi mayo were perfectly done, light and crispy. We also had fish tacos as an appetizer (not a common item on Portuguese menus) and they were excellent. The tortillas were homemade and the habanero sauce had a great kick. The owner offered us a tequila shot to cleanse our palate before the main course! We had entrecot (steak) and bochechas (beef cheeks), both beautifully prepared. To top it all off, lime cheesecake which was fluffy & mousselike and coconut ice cream. And another complimentary tequila shot! We enjoyed the food and the friendly staff and will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
