So, on appearance Cafe Oscar is appealing, clean and nice decor, However, the coffee is extremely weak tasting, almost like hot water with a sprinkle of old coffee granules being reused. The Food… very plain tasting and the steak sandwich so tough that you need a knife to cut it before you can chew it. Very confused as to why this place has such a high score, either tourists just have no taste and leave good comments for anything they try OR the chef has changed. Either way probably best to avoid for now.
