An animal in our food!!! On August 3, 2024, I went to dinner for the first time with a friend at the Caos restaurant, we ordered a vegetable cream and some tapas to share. We started with the vegetable cream, it was warm and didn't look like “cream” at all because it was quite thick. The clams had sand in them, were not very clean and were tasteless. But what surprised us (in the negative) was finding an animal in the garlic bread!! It looked like some kind of small cockroach that was under the bread. We called the employee (who we later realized was the manager) who immediately apologized, changed the plate and took the garlic bread. We continued our meal but without much desire, we even rejected some new garlic bread that they suggested bringing. The worst part was when it came time to ask for the bill, the employee brought us the bill exactly as we asked for, with the garlic bread included, given the entire situation that occurred. We called an employee again to try to explain the situation and remove the garlic bread from the bill (because it was the least they should have done) and he almost didn't even let us speak and simply took the receipt and went to the cashier. He came back with a receipt without the garlic bread. At the very least, we were hoping that the manager would come to us at the end and give us a word given the whole situation, but what actually happened was that from the moment we saw the animal in the food, the manager didn't enter the restaurant anymore, he was in the area outside the bar but always maintaining visual contact with our table. In short, an animal appeared in the food, we paid the entire bill and the manager simply ignored and belittled us. I don't recommend it at all, the food isn't great. Not to be repeated.

Last weekend I decided to go to Caos…we started by trying the starters. They looked delicious and well presented. Regarding the food, we decided to order tapas and it was quite tasty. Regarding the staff, they were super friendly and attentive. The place itself is beautiful and suitable for dinner for two, family or friends. Not to mention its outdoor space, which is ideal for drinking a cocktail with pleasant ambient music.
