Spectacular is the summary. We went to eat 2 couples with 2 babies, they very kindly placed 2 highchairs for us. As a starter we were served the typical olives with a very delicious pate to spread with bread. We ordered as main dishes: -Homemade cod: very prepared with very good presentation, it was good but we expected a little more. -special cod: with bechamel for our richest taste. -rice with duck: exquisite, great flavor of the meat, the mixture with bechamel, bacon and spectacular chorizo. I recommend it 100%. For dessert, the cake cart with hot chocolate, correct but the other spectacular (it takes about 15 minutes to prepare). Very good service and charming waiters. It also has a terrace.

Without a doubt the best choice to eat in Guimaraes. A different rice with duck but 10 and some starters to highlight. The attention was exceptional. It is true that it is somewhat more expensive than usual in Portugal but it is worth it.
Incredible quality and treatment ??? We ordered green wine (13.80 a bottle, one of the best I've tried for that price), cod bolinhas (delicious) and rice with duck ? (incredible, balanced flavor, I would repeat every day ??) and for dessert mousse chocolate and lemon cake (again delicious and very soft)

Really great restaurant tucked into a small courtyard. The service was absolutely amazing, friendly, smiley and pleasant. The food was great! Prices very good! All in all great restaurant. We debated a long time where to eat and we are happy we chose Casa Amarela!
We had The shrimp to start. The duck rice with cheese. The octopus dish. And smoked salmon salad. Green wine and a chocolate mouse bomb to share.
Parking: We found a great parking lot underground and walked.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food was wonderful, we ordered the cod fritters and Camembert with pepper jelly as a starter and they were spectacular. For the main course we ordered grilled sea bass and cod with cream and it was the best cod with cream I've ever eaten here in Portugal. After all this food there was still room for dessert: chocolate mousse with fleur de sel and pink pepper and the milk puff with cinnamon and hazelnut ice cream and they were divine! All this accompanied by a refreshing Port tonic. It was an incredible experience, I definitely recommend this restaurant and would definitely go back.
