We found this to be a fantastic place to eat. Was a little concerned that we’d be served kid’s portions after we ordered the small plate option, but the quantity was huge and quality excellent. The young lady who served us was lovely and patient, as we know zero Portuguese, so relied on Google! Knocked off one star for atmosphere as unfortunately, we were the only couple there. There weren’t many people around the mountain last night, so we were lucky to find this place...
I wasn't sure where to eat on my visit to Penha, but I decided on this restaurant, and I don't regret a thing.
Very good service, traditional and delicious food, beautiful environment with nature. Perhaps the price is a little high, but even the cheapest dishes leave you satisfied with the quantity.

The staff is very friendly. The interior of the restaurant is also very warm.
