Vegetarian Francesinha is good. Francesinha Vimarense is “ok”. Prawns are really not to be ordered, they are not even prawns... they are 40/50 prawns, minimally seasoned and accompanied with garlic mayonnaise (bought and probably a white brand) plus square toast from the supermarket.

We ordered garlic bread with cheese (starter), cod puff pastry and a vimaranes francesinha. To finish, we tried the Dona Maria sweet, an excellent combination of chocolate mousse with camel baba, biscuits and cream.
Without a doubt, I will repeat it when I return to Guimarães.

Minimum doses for the prices charged. They presented us with two menus, the usual one and one with snacks as it was a festive day. We ordered some snacks because that's why we chose that place. The serving of snails was nothing less than a small saucer for €6, the corn cob was half an cob, the bread was 4 small slices of bread. I don't recommend it.

Great food and very friendly and accommodating. We were seating outside and it began to rain. The waitress immediately came over and offered to seat us inside. We had our picky kids with us and the waitress was so patient and helpful. They made the kids food the way they like it in the US. I thought the food was delicious. We will definitely go back!
