I was even attended to by a girl who noticed her lack of desire to work, completely ignoring the customer. I placed the order, which went completely wrong, I went to complain and it still said "I didn't know what I wanted". I was one finger away from asking for the complaints book due to such a lack of professionalism. I love KFC, but it's a place I'll never go back to.

I was there today and ordered an Oreo milshake from a girl at the checkout. He took my order with very little interest and instead of giving me the shake that I had clearly requested, he gave me a strawberry one. Very dissatisfied with the service given, other than that, I personally do not like shakes of that flavor.
