From my experience of eating francesinhas several times, even on several visits to the North, even in the Lisbon area, I find great francesinhas, but this one exceeded expectations WONDERFUL

Unfortunately, the employee is tormented by the success of the neighboring restaurant and instead of winning over 2 potential customers, she decided to treat us badly with an incredible lack of politeness.Yes, we had reserved a table at the ham museum and we were walking around the shopping center looking for a bathroom while we were waiting in line, we were not aware that the museum had its own bathroom because beforehand you also asked for a key there to use it that of the shopping center.As we passed through the corridor we saw this restaurant in question that we didn't know about and we decided to go in to ask for the key to the shopping center's bathroom and see the menu in case we liked something and since it wasn't busy we had dinner there instead of waiting in the museum of the ham.As soon as we entered, we were treated badly in front of all the people who were sitting at the tables.This employee had the opportunity to gain a good image and instead decided to treat people badly and lose potential customers.I wish this establishment all the luck in the world, but with service like this it may not have a good future next to a restaurant with an incredible atmosphere and service like the ham museum!!

Worst service ever. My friend and I entered the establishment to order the Menu and the angry and envious lady at the Ham Museum treated us with the utmost arrogance.So we made a point of coming to eat the real best francesinha, the one from the Ham museum!

It was +/-20:30 on 18-11-2023I don't know what the reason is, we go in and the staff says the entrance isn't there, invites us to leave and locks the door. Where do we enter until the time is up.Not at all attentive without wanting to tell us where the entrance was.It was the first time I had been to this establishment and there may not be another time.
