Incredibly negatively surprised... The number of reviews will make you believe that it's very good... Hum... If you are good...um even average (normal) eaters.. you will be hungry.. We paid 60€ for 7 poor mini pieces of suckling pig (there were 3 of us)... They served us 2 (yes 2) salad leaves for 3!!! We'll bring you a pâté that smells bad.... We got more than 80€ for a bit of pork, a drink and 1 coffee... We won't be returning...

We had a great experience here! The food was the best leitao we have ever tried. Staff was very friendly and it’s the perfect place to go if looking for a traditional Portuguese dining experience. We will definitely come back next time we visit!

I planned a bachelor party in a relatively remote area near Porto and I was worried about being able to find viable food options for 15 people. I reached out to Monte dos Leitões a couple of weeks prior to the trip and they were incredibly responsive. They walked me through the purchasing process and gave very helpful details on serving sizes. They were even willing to deliver due to the size of the order even though they normally wouldn’t.
The food we received was delicious and delivered hot. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
