Site with great potential but zero organization. Service worse than terrible, there is not a single person who speaks Portuguese in the establishment. The employees do not look at the customers, neither when ordering, nor while walking around the establishment, if something is needed they eventually have to get up, go to the counter and hope that no one forgets the order, changing order papers between the tables, lost, repeated orders, tables without drinks in the middle of the meal.The atmosphere has music which makes it slightly pleasant, the food is not bad quality, but the service is the worst I've ever seen. I spent an hour and ten without absolutely anything coming to the table.

We went there to show the place to a friendly couple. We had had a good previous experience. But this time it was horrible. They didn't want to show us to the table, the baby's seat had not been cleaned at all, they lost the paper with our order and it was necessary to complain 3 times for them to check what had happened. Unfriendly and even rude employees, ignoring what we said and turning away. I won't do it again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
