I sat on the terrace of this service to drink a coffee with my husband, while our children played in the park and we were refused, because according to the owner he had already had a complaint from someone who was having dinner, he served a coffee to a friend and he started smoking and the lady complained. Note: besides me not even being a smoker, people who had just had lunch were smoking! I asked for the complaints book, in addition to not knowing about it, the owner refused to lend a pen, being super arrogant and arrogant when he approached me!
I think it is unacceptable for an establishment open to the public to refuse to sell one of its products just because we weren't going to have lunch, so what if I wanted water for my children??
Anyway, super unpleasant!
