I was super excited, but I was disappointed that the 2 dishes I ordered, as they were the most publicized dishes, didn't have one, I ended up ordering another one and the meat came super cold, it seemed warmed up, the portion of rice was super small, they brought dishes for some and the others waited for a few more 20 minutes made whoever was eating uncomfortable, the wine I ordered was also not available, they brought another one without informing what it was or the price and it wasn't even on the menu. Anyway, I believe that the staff needs to be trained better, the environment is good and the proposal in the menu is also good, but on the day I went they didn't deliver a good service. It was Mother's Day so it was really annoying to be disappointed that day.

The service was extremely unsatisfactory. The meat served was completely cold when it arrived at the table. When notifying the attendant, she took it back to the kitchen to heat it, which is unacceptable, as reheating the meat could compromise its ideal cooking point. Despite this, the meat returned to the table still cold. Furthermore, we were served potatoes, even though we hadn't asked for them. When ordering two beers, we waited a considerable time only to be told later that they were warm, and that they were waiting to cool them. I am deeply disappointed with the experience at a restaurant that calls itself specializing in meat. They play music at a very high volume long after closing time and when faced with requests to lower the volume they respond with a lack of politeness and professionalism. I had already visited last summer and it hadn't had much of an impact. But now after the renovation of the space it is incredible. The service was exceptional. The food was great. We started by eating starters (cooked prawns, meat balls and broken eggs), all delicious, in the little space we had in our stomachs we were still able to taste the picanha, brisket and rump, all of excellent quality, the last one being our favourite. We drank white sangria which was also very good. We have to go back to try the desserts. Which this time it didn't work anymore. ?

We went to dinner with my children. Then they put mozzarella fingers, chicken wings and puff pastry with ham on the table. At no time did they warn that this is not a courtesy of the house and that if you try it you have to pay for it. They charged us each coke at 2.50e. , since in the letter it put 2.00e. , the sangria of 15 euros / letter price / they charged it at 16e. It was not specified anywhere that the service is paid. Very unprofessional and not friendly. They were not interested in our experience in their house at any time. I will not return and I do not recommend.
