This is by far one of my favorite local restaurants in the Minho region. It's a true gem, both for dinner with friends or for a Saturday lunch. The food is so delicious, so well prepared, so local, really enjoyable Portuguese cuisine. The house wine is also super good. To finish of, the deserts are so well prepared, you have to try it, specially the "rabanada" (french toast)... I promise you this will be one of the best ones you try (couple it together with vanilla ice cream). The atmosphere is also super local and cozy, and the staff, although busy, give their best effort to guide you through the moment.
Vegetarian options: not a lot vegetarian options... a asparagus risotto or eggs.

Food - We ate beef steak with wild potatoes. The meat was on point, very tasty and the fat/meat content was well distributed, without excessive fat, just enough to give that extra flavor when cooking the meat. The potatoes bravas were perfect, with a generous dose of sauce that made us want to eat over and over again.
Drink - Pineapple and lime sangria, very well served. The combination of sweet/acid and alcohol content was very well balanced and the tropical flavor of this drink is perfect for these hot summer days.
Service - Fast in all parts of the meal, always accompanied by a smile. There was a good atmosphere among employees and camaraderie.
Space - Rustic and with traditional Minho decoration, beautiful and very clean.
I highly recommend it, a team and space to come back to again and again.
