We've eaten here a few times. In response to our inquiry, we were told this is a family run establishment. Once or twice we have had younger teenagers in the role of waitstaff. The youngsters have been very polite and professional, pleasant, and efficient in their tasks. As is often the case here in the Azores, staff has focused on the customer at hand, giving them full attention and thus sometimes the wait to be acknowledged can be a bit longer than you might experience in the USA; it's not a flaw, just a difference, and you will receive the same level of courtesy when it's your turn.I believe the food is cooked to order, so when it's busy, we have had to wait a bit longer, but then the food entrees are hot, including a toasted sandwich for which the bread was still warm....so the wait jas been worth the meal.It's not a fancy food place, but the meals are fresh, hot, tasty, and served by folks who are welcoming and courteous so a great place for a casual meal.
Parking: On street but plenty of spots nearby.
Recommended dishes: Day Soup, Simple Salad, Tuna Baguette

Good Portuguese take on American pizza. Very tasty!
Great restaurant, with excellent garlic bread ^^ the pizza was also tasty but the dough felt a bit odd. Like it was reheated. Service is excellent and nice outdoor seats.

I had their hawaiian pizza and this has got to take the cake for the driest pizza dough. There is no bounce or fluff to the dough at all and the crust is equally tough to chew. There is not enough cheese either. They use fresh pineapples, but that alone is not close to enough to carry the pizza. Side note: they do not accept foreign credit cards.
