My family and I had a great meal here at Adega Do Papagaio. It was a great experience for the kids cooking on a hot plate and I'd recommend anyone staying at Turisocampo site to make the 15min walk to the village of Espiche. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly.

Nice meal, fresh meat, fries and homemade chocolate mousse. We took menu A (soup, 5 grilled meats, 4 sauces, vegetable rice, fries, salad and tomatoes + dessert and coffee) for €18.50 per person so we weren't robbed.Adorable boss who speaks little English but does his best that you will understand without difficulty!In short, you can go (better to book because if it's full you won't have a table)

A warm place. The meat is excellent! The boss was alone for the room and the kitchen that evening. Unlike some restaurants, he was able to refuse customers to maintain quality and still fast service. Hats off to him! A boss like we don't make anymore. Well done !

We went There 2 hours before closing. We ask for a table but have been refused. The kitchen was "Closed" . We saw a group of 5 enter right after , no problem.We went There because im allergic to gluten and the reviews we're good about food restrictions, but apparently, they dont want tourist There...Very dissapointed.
