“I had the burger that is served on a waffle and a donut instead of a bun and it was super delicious and interesting. The fries were also really yummy and came with a garlicky mayonnaise for dipping. The craft beer selection is also really good. Simply put: excellent and interesting food, great beer. The staff were really nice too and handled a busy restaurant with ease. “O H3 sempre teve uma excelente qualidade no atendimento e nas refeições confecionadas.
Contudo, desde que a opção de entrega em casa e a demanda pelo produto/serviço aumentou exponencialmente, é quase impossível manter as qualidades acima referidas.
Não que o serviço ou a qualidade da comida seja má. Porém, é, referindo-me às entregas pela Globo (único parceiro de entrega do H3), muito inferior à qualidade oferecida no restaurante.

A questão é que o distribuidor nem dá oportunidade de perceber o porquê da entrega não corresponder ao expectado. Deixando o cliente, ignorante ao que aconteceu durante o momento em que realizou o pedido e a sua entrega, frustrado por não receber aquilo pelo qual pagou e esperava desfrutar.

Não há responsabilidade direta, muito menos culpa, nem do restaurante ou dos parceiros de entrega.

Mas deixo uma questão para todos nós que cada vez mais exigimos velocidade e qualidade, não existindo recursos humanos para tal: sem demanda não há necessidade de empregar tantas pessoas, mas é também a demanda que pressiona o setor para um serviço excelente e rápido em que, neste caso específico, (não se tratando de fast food) não são totalmente compatíveis.

Não é crítica ao consumidor, não é crítica ao estabelecimento, não é crítica ao parceiro de entrega. Mas a dinâmica não está a funcionar (admitindo que eu também não apresento soluções). Contudo, após ter feito uma anterior crítica no calor de um momento de frustração, pensei em deixar esta reflexão… pois o estabelecimento não ignora a opinião dos seus consumidores (mesmo quando esta é estapafúrdia - o comentário em questão vai destacado nas fotos, assim como a resposta do Apoio ao Cliente).“

“Lovely little place to find in montinhous da luz, food is always delicious and the smoothies/milkshakes are divine!! Definitely would recommend this as a place to stop at if you are passing by. The owners are always so nice and accommodating and the seating outdoors is covered permanently so even on a sunny day you'd be sheltered .“
