We loved the place, small and very nice on a small street. We have tried
clams, bean salad, cod salad with chickpeas and
chocolate and lemon mousse. Everything was very very delicious, fresh with quality products. The kitchen is open so you can see how the cook prepares the dishes and the service is very friendly at an adequate price. We recommend this restaurant to everyone who passes through Lagos!

Small restaurant a little off the beaten track. On this warm day I only had salads, the usual squid salad (€9.50) and a tomato and burrata salad (€10). Interesting combination with tomatoes and strawberries, I will definitely cook it at home. But the size is a joke for the price. The squid salad comes in a mini bowl and the tomato salad is only the size of a side salad, but one star is deducted for that. The glass of sangria was available for 3 euros.

It has a not very large outdoor terrace (nothing to do with the rest of the establishments in the area) and inside it only has 4 small tables but at no time do you feel uncomfortable since it is a very charming little winery and where you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
It has the kitchen in sight where you can see the dedication and good work of the cook at all times.
We tried the tomato gazpacho with strawberries (8), the green asparagus scramble (6), the squid in tomato sauce (9), the burrata salad (7) and the clams (7) and we came out very happy and with the satiated stomach.
With 3 beers, 2 waters, 4 ginjas and a dessert we paid 16 euros per head.
They have our high approval and our recommendation for everyone who passes through Lagos ??

Super nice restaurant / café, tucked away in a little alley. Definitely worth a visit, the food was delicious and the service very friendly. Felt like Portugal.

The most beautiful authentic cuisine. Excellently presented. The BEST food we've had in Portugal. We had the pies, the barrata salad, tuna sandwiches, ate them then ordered the rest of the menu, all absolutely beautiful, 100% recommend! And also so reasonably priced!! Total bargain!

Nice small restaurant with friendly service, the food is a bit of a hit and miss though. We loved some of the dishes we ordered for lunch, others were just ok. A solid choice, with some work the place can easily earn 5/5 stars.

Good value for money in a rather typical and family restaurant far from the big tourist restaurants.

Making it clear that the entire area is 100x100 touristy, for €9.5 we expected something more from the chickpeas with cod, they put you in a mini bowl (typical breakfast fruit bowl) and for €15 a plate of clams that is not in line for the price. The service was inadequate (it's a very small place), hot beer (we told the waitress and she said they were all that way), nothing more. Things weren't bad, but you leave hungry, many better options in the area.
