“This hot dog cart offers vegetarian sausage and I so love vegan hot dogs that I thought I would see how different this sausage tasted. Very different, but good. I ordered a vegetarian sausage on a brioche roll with ketchup, mayo and grated potato. My partner ordered his on a baguette with ketchup, mustard and grated potato. The vegetarian sausages are not bad, there are bits of what look like carrots and peas inside and have a light taste, not strong or fake. The roll and toppings help with the blend of all those flavors.“
