This has to be one of the worst KFC restaurants in Portugal. The place was filthy outside with cigarette butts all over the floor and the ashtray on the wall spewing them out everywhere. It was about 15:00 so restaurant was not busy but it took an absolute age to get our food when we did it was only warm not hot & we paid for extras we didn’t get. I would give it a miss and try something else.

After enjoying my wonderful burger kindly prepared with love and affection by the staff, I was devastated to see my friends waiting 20 minutes for their order, cold innocent and suffering trying to be patient. My love for chicken has gone down the drain after this experience and on my friends behalf, I will stand firm and strong with the practice of customer rights

Honestly I can not be bothered, I wait 30 minute for my food to come I only order one burger! they told me to wait for 5 more minutes yet took a lot longer. I am absolutely devastated as KFC is usually finger licking good ?? maybe one day I can love KFC again.

Expensive, little or no friendliness from the staff, a long time to prepare the order, which consisted of two colonel's fillet menus, and on top of that the fillets were already in the oven, probably from the previous day, they were completely cold and dry. Go to the Lagos Restaurant as soon as it opens, you take the product from the previous day, and to add to that, the bathroom is not as clean as it should be. I don't like being attended to by "trunk" people. By the way, the employees who prepare the orders take a lot of time, because they are leaning against the preparation counter chatting, then they change hands, the fillets were supposed to be Zinger, they added the ones that had already been made there which were normal without spicy.
