Waited 15 minutes for 2 cappucino which only came because I kept looking where it was. When I asked about it, they said it was because it was so busy making cocktails. The place was not even half full, there were at least 6 people walking around in it. Really bad service.

The food is good and the waiters are friendly but not attentive. I’d call it disconnected service.
Great staff, clean, and most importantly the food was phenomenal!

Bad food. I really wanted to eat octopus à lagareiro and I was extremely disappointed with the dish at this restaurant. The octopus had no taste whatsoever, little seasoning, almost no garlic. The sweet potatoes that accompanied the octopus were bland, not at all crunchy and tasteless.

Another restaurant that shows great things but doesn't have the codes and shoulders of what they claim... it's a tourist trap restaurant!
not worth the price. there are plenty of nicer restaurants nearby. They ask you if you want bread and olives, and then charge you the portions per person.. I would have preferred to be told at the beginning.

We had a great time even though we arrived late. The waiters were friendly, the food was ok despite the super negative comments. Thanks to the team.

We didn't have the same experience regarding the service. We got everything rather quickly. What I can say is that the restaurant looks better than the food. I ate piri-piri chicken and it was over 50% bones. All the "meaty" parts were removed?!The food didn't taste bad, but it's cheap and our experience was as if we were scammed. 5€ wine sold for 15€. Water is "only available in small plastic bottles".Also they didn't even ask if we want a receipt, so they pretty much could have put anything on the 50€ receipt, as they were scamming with their prices anyway. I have never seen a restaurant with over +200% increase of prices compared with a supermarket (while selling chicken bones). The elderly guy who seemed like the father of the owning family was our highlight, as it was sweet how he tried to communicate with the PT to ENG language barrier - that's why we would give 4 stars for the service instead of 3.

Appalling service- rude waiter with constant smug look on his face ensured a severely unpleasant experience. When food finally arrived after an hour we were all underwhelmed with a general consensus that our meals were undercooked. The manager was clearly aware and used to this level of complaint and was in no way apologetic. The table next to us who arrived at the same time with a child also waited an hour for service and when they stood up and left the managers just watched and did nothing to rectify the situation.Keep clear.
