One of the best in our entire Portugal trip. We had piri piri chicken, beef Mozambique, and a shrimp dish (I can't remember the name), and all of them tasted amazing. Even after returning home, we are still longing for them!

We stayed in Lagos for 4 days and came to Mullens twice because it was so good. We ate the Piri Piri Chicken and Beef Mozambique. Both dishes were 10/10. The chicken was tasty and came with a delicious dipping sauce, freshly fried hand cut chips and a side salad. The beef was tender and spicy. The food cannot be faulted in any way.
The atmosphere was lovely — there was live music when we visited the second time. The first time we sat outside which was great and could see our chicken being barbecued in front of us.
Best of all the service is amazing. We got to know James a bit and he made the experience even better.

We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday here. The stuff is amazing, they were really friendly and helpful. Even could find candles for the birthday cake. The food was so delicious that we decided to come here also the next day. One of the best experiences in Portugal!

The piri piri chicken here is one of the best meals I had in Portugal. It was so well seasoned and very tender. I ate parts of the chicken (leg) that I typically don’t eat because it was just that good. The service was also very good. The salad needs a little work though. It was too dry.
