We loved the sardines so much that we came back in a couple of days again. Don't expect a fancy place. It's a very traditional, not touristic place with delicious grilled sardines. You pay a fixed value per person and you can eat as many sardines as you want. Salad and potatoes go as extras but it's normal. We also liked their vinho da casa, it was fresh and complimented the sardines.

The treatment towards the Spaniards is terrible, we arrived and it was almost empty of people, they sat us in a corner and there until they wanted to take our orders, and after waiting an hour and twenty, we asked for the bill for the drinks and olives, which they remembered to bring us the fish, which we had already decided not to eat, since they had served 20 people who arrived later than us, out of shame they even charged us for the fish that we did not eat, I asked them for the complaint form and they refused Telling me that they didn't have any, I had to go to another restaurant to eat. Don't even think about going for a glass of water, they are shameless.

Disastrous service, you arrive and you don't know if you're going to be able to eat because they have no control whatsoever (They don't take notes or anything like that, you have to wait and good luck) Its main formula is to eat grilled sardines until you're fed up at a cheap price. I have eaten in Portugal in many places like this but in all of them they had control of the diners. My experience was quite unpleasant

Sardines Very well cooked on the grill, good sardines served all you can eat. Very good grilled fish. Service needs to improve a lot. Little respect for new customers leads to unacceptable situations in a house open to the public. Genuine for those who want to eat real fish in Lagos. Too genuine in terms of service... We don't know if we will give it another chance. Eventually yes.

We heard good things about the fish and wanted to try it. We didn't even get the opportunity because they served us with 7 stones in their hands and with zero desire to serve us. They spoke badly to the customers as if we weren't going to pay for the meal. They were more friendly towards foreign people who arrived later. It really doesn't make you want to try a service whose main focus should be the customer and their well-being. Lack of education and dismissive arrogance.

The best fish I have eaten this holiday. The service is very attentive and friendly, the product is very fresh and of great quality. I wish I had discovered this establishment when I arrived in Lagos because without a doubt we would have returned. If we return to this city we will go again.

On the recommendation of our Host we ate at this restaurant more than once. It is outside the classic tourist restaurants. It is very practical and fast. Fabulous grilled fish, especially the exceptional grilled cod.
