“Lovely Bar / restaurant on the edge of the Marina. Happy hour daily from 3 to 6pm pints of Sagres only 2.50€. the food was really good, we had black pudding scotch egg, giant homemade sausage roll, pinko chicken strips and a portion of chunky chips, all excellent. The staff and service was fantastic. Really nice atmosphere and setting with lovely views over the marina, very dog friendly.“

“The food is very good and the prices are quite good. We both ate for less than €30 (hamburger and squid. Cheese sticks as a starter).

Claudia was super friendly, very nice and attentive. He warned us that food was going to take half an hour, we decided to stay and it was a success.

We ordered the Bream and Sardine - after a few rounds of fish in Lisbon and Porto, this has to be by far the best! “Bon Vivant quickly became one of our favorite spots to visit during our week in Lagos. We came here our first night for a round of drinks, and loved the vibe off the bat. The following day we came back during the day to try out the rooftop bar which was also a hit. We ordered some appetizers and drinks, Mexican dip and the cheese & sausage board. We loved both of the apps. We found that some bartenders were saying it was cash only, but upon asking others - we found out that wasn’t the case so our only advice is to continue to ask around.“

“I recommend trying the mojito or gin and watch the sunset behind the hills, with the traditional windmill as reminder of simpler times and pleasures. The cool breeze from the hills made our visit so much more enjoyable given the hot sunny weather of late. “Came down here for pre-dinner drinks and simply wow - the Mango Mojito and Passionfruit Mojito are simply amazing. Even better on the happy hour prices make this a very reasonable location! And the crisps that were made fresh are also fantastic - cannot recommend this place enough! Staff, decor and seating are also amazing. The only reason and downside why this is not a 5-star rating was because the 3 managers that were just sat outside on the tables, and not caring for us when we needed service, making us wait nearly 10 minutes to be served, but other than that the actual bartenders and waitress were super helpful and friendly.“

“Great restaurant, there was a jazz band in the middle of the terrace. The volume was so high that we couldn't hear each other. For me personally, that is not necessary when I go to eat somewhere, but we think it was well-intentioned ?. Food was excellent, tasty sangria and friendly service. We will probably come back again, but if there is a tape I think I will look further?“
