The restaurant is located outside the center of Lagos, in a quiet area. There are few seats and this helps to guarantee a quiet and relaxed atmosphere and a very attentive and quality service. The waiter who served us was very friendly and good at recommending wine. The food is exceptional. We took Muxama de atum (perfect contrast between the saltiness of the tuna and the sweetness of the onion and orange), Camarao frito con ajo (not the breaded fried food you think but probably just fried in oil, with very good prawns and a amazing sauce), patanillas de bacalao (good), polvo at low temperature with batata duce (very tender, with an excellent combination with sweet potato, perhaps the best octopus ever eaten, really delicious). Fair price for the quality offered. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Loved this place. The food was amazing. Shame we discovered it late in our trip. Would definitely recommend. A nice relaxed place with great wine and a good food selection.

Pros: great food, friendly staff and patient with toddlers. We had the Brie cheese appetizer, bacalao and tuna. We left happy and full.

Cons: no views but we were aware of this so not a big negative. We picked the place as it was close to our hotel and had great reviews for the food.

The service we had was completely welcoming, nice, and helpful.

Our food arrived without taking so much time, even though the restaurant was super crowded and just two waiters were working.

The wine list offers a bunch of good possibilities.

We had:

- an appetizer with octopus, olives, and bread -> a very good begin.

- a grilled tunna with tomatoes sauce and roasted potatoes ->the tunna was so tender and well-grilled, dry tomatoes sauce delicious, and potatoes were so tasty. The only "negative" note for me was the presence of cauliflowers on it, which I don't like.

- steak with homemade fries and mustard sauce -> tender meat and the mustard sauce was perfect.

- homemade brownies with ice cream -> this was simply divine.

Definitely recommended!
