Went there for the first time yesterday. Extra early because we didn't feel like looking at it for long, which is certainly possible. Prices for food and drinks are really cheap in comparison. What is a plus is that the toilets are extremely clean compared to other restaurants. We will definitely come back. ? ??. Unfortunately I have to take something off. On the third visit, most of the dishes suddenly became 2 to 2.50 more expensive. I also found it inappropriate that visitors came in wearing bathing suits, towels, tents, balls, etc. A pity, ...

The restaurant is excelent. All the food and dishes are well served, however be prepared to wait to get a table. But once on the table everything is served to perfection.
Parking: There plenty of parting spaces, however during the summer Lots and lots of people come to Algarve so everyone is sized not for this two months of the year.
Kid-friendliness: Places to seat while waiting, big tables, kids menu :)

Despite already being a customer, the way we were treated today was a terrible surprise! Group of 4, given the month in question, one of the people arrived around 12:30 pm to book a table for 1:00 pm, the room was very available but he was denied both the reservation and the request to stay at the table, he was left waiting in line for the rest. At 12:40 another person arrives, who again informs that there are 4 of us but that the other two arrive at 13:00 and is again denied a table, informing that only when all 4 arrive will they find a table, I arrived at 12:55 and it was to finish filling out the form. complaints book! The way we were treated is regrettable. I don't recommend it!

Tried to have lunch earlier today about an hour and a half before our train arrived at Lagos Station since the location was convenient. Arrived 20 minutes before opening and our group was among the first to be seated. Our orders were taken by a young man and our drinks came within 10 minutes. However, flash forward 45 minutes and our food had not come but the entire restaurant was eating while we were still waiting! One server started to recognize that our food hadn’t come at all yet. We don’t know what happened but the server who took our order didn’t seem to care that our food hadn’t come yet even when we told him. No sense of urgency. People who came later than us even got their food much faster. It was wildly disappointing. On top of that, we decided to leave before getting our food (which was unlikely to come anyway). The manager (I assume) came to man the register for a few of us to pay for our drinks (which we didn’t even want to at that point, there were only 3 drinks out of a party of 6). No apologies, hardly any eye contact. I was shocked they even had us pay at all. We waited almost an hour for food! Unbelievable lack of service, I do not recommend.

Convenient location. Horrible service. Went on a weekday and liked the food and location near the train station well enough to go again on Saturday before hopping on the train out of town. After waiting 40 mins, we inquired about our food and the waiter said he’d check. We saw him talking to the chefs and it looked like he’d forgotten to put our order in. No staff ever came back to our table. We ended up flagging down another staff member to cancel our order and left soon after. When paying for the juices we’d ordered at the register, the staff continued to be short and curt. No acknowledgement of the mistake or apology from any member of staff. Very disappointing.

Cibo ottimo, servizio molto scadente. Ci siamo presentati alle 21:30, ci hanno fatto sedere tranquillamente nonostante il locale chiudesse alle 22 (non ci è stato riferito niente). E abbiamo trascorso la cena con i camerieri che pulivano intorno a noi ed aspettavano nervosamente che ci alzassimo dal tavolo. Molto delusi dal servizio, ci sentivamo in colpa a mangiare lì.

Seafood restaurant near the train station and port of Lagos. It is clear that the place is popular, the food is prepared from local seafood. The restaurant regularly has a line of people wanting to get in; during the day it’s small and in the evening it’s quite substantial. We had the soup of the day, octopus salad and homemade sparkling wine. Everything is very tasty and at a reasonable price. The interior is made very simply, if you can call it an interior. The main complaint is the poor performance of the staff. Everything is very strangely organized, due to the inattention of managers and waiters, queues form, you can wait a long time for the menu and the bill. And the very appearance of the waiters is far from friendly, apparently people work very hard, but this is no excuse for such a popular place. It is better for management to use part of the profits to improve service.
