We travelled to Portugal for our nephew's wedding-like a movie! We went around Portugal for 2 weeks. We will be back to Lagos and the Viva Cozinha. We ate there 3 times and each was better than the last. The owners are wonderful and they truly care about their food and drinks. This was the highlight of our travels in Portugal-don't miss it.

The prices are a little high but we ate two francesinha and they were delicious! The place is very well decorated.

Not very delicious food at not very low prices. If you have no other option it will not be a bad experience, but in the center just a few minutes away you can find better things.

I don't recommend asking for additional sauces. They charged us €2 for a bit of jarred garlic mayonnaise with a horrible taste.

We shared 3 appetizers between us for a light break after a boat trip to Benagil. We thought of eating at the neighboring restaurant of Adega da Marina but it had a long line and fewer light options, so we chose this spot. Glad we did! The food was fresh and well prepared, as were the sauces that went very well with the fried squid and Pulvo( octopus) .

Great restaurant, tasty food, nice stuff. I loved their vegetable soup of the day! Bacalhau à bras was fine too and the portion was huge, I couldn’t even finish it.

I confess that I didn't see much fun in the francesinha, but it was a well served portion with fries. The fried calamari with salad was great. Good thing you can park on the avenue in front, something difficult in the region.

We were very cool and super comfortable. The food is very delicious, the Frenchiña and the crumbled cod are recommended. A pleasure to eat there

Excellent place to stop for lunch. Go out back if you prefer to eat in the shade away from the traffic
