Choose this place due to the beautiful location, and we heard lots of people rave about the fish options, so we had high hopes for the vegan sushi. Overall nice restaurant with friendly staff but the food is not worth it for vegans/veggies.
The sushi was fine, mostly using fruits, which felt more like dessert. We were given one sushi containing the smallest amount of tofu possible each so left feeling unsatisfied as we mostly ate rice and fruit. I've had much better sushi...
Original place, very delicious sushi, spectacular views, good service... in short, we had a great time and we thought everything was very delicious. Of course, if you want to enjoy it well at meal time, let it be on a cloudy day. In the Azores the sun is hot and the terrace has little shade.
The place is excellent, panorama is amazing, service quick and smiley, fish is top quality. Why four stars? Because of the sushi rice. This was just completely wrong. The sushi without proper cooked rice is just raw fish. Pity!
