Top of the Rock Commons (TORC) offers an excellent dining experience with consistently delicious food and a spotless ambiance. The "Chicken Escalope Portuguese Style" and the monthly special "Smoke & Spicy Margarita" are highly recommended. The restaurant, located inside Ilha Terceira Air Base, used to have good self-service but public access ended in 2013, limiting service to Portuguese Air Force employees. Despite this, the atmosphere at TORC remains friendly and spectacular, with a variety of American dishes like pizzas, quesadillas, and hamburgers. Special promotions on specific days make it a great choice for groups or families. The restaurant is kid-friendly with high chairs and ample space, and offers wheelchair accessibility throughout the establishment, entrance, and parking lot.
