In a place so “distant” from the large population center, I am pleased that such an intimate kitchen provides us with fantastic flavors. With a waiting time of more or less 45 minutes to serve, in the end our stomach thanks you. Cooking on time. The k is little seen these days. Grateful Plo fried cod k potato and onion and roasted veal k reminds us of our grandparents. Do you want to eat in the north interior??? Go there. Do not defraud. Grateful.
