Lamego is beautiful (we didn't know it), and the experience could only be complete in a restaurant where we could feel and get to know the true soul of the people. Small, half/half restaurant: part of renovated places in a group (which for me is always a good sign) and visitors. Homemade, simple and honest food. We felt at home, even with the local retired neighbors at the next table, with whom we played, and it's not even our habit. Kindness, welcoming, practical sense...
Small Portuguese 5 star restaurant. Since we absolutely cannot speak Portuguese, let alone read it. The garcon helped us with great English! The table was made extra clean for us. Ate and drank with 2 people. For €25.00. Highly recommended!!
Everything was wonderful! Tasty food, very homemade seasoning! We ordered delicious cod, veal, a jug of wine and, for dessert, a breathtaking chocolate mousse. Guys, how perfect!I was sad because I saw a lot of negative comments and, from the experience I had, I can say that I would recommend it and come back thousands of times. Not to mention Mr. Sebastião's service... he was super cordial and we still had a long chat at the end. The bill was €35 which I thought was super...
