We ate there today and found the ambience, the selection and the wines delicious.
My favorite crème brûlée was delicious, as was the tapas.
But the most important thing was the friendly staff and the beautiful atmosphere.

Favorite gastronomic experience in Lamego that left me wanting to return. I strongly recommend booking. The food is delicious and the space, despite being small, is very welcoming. The staff are very friendly.

Was amazed by the taste of the dishes. Local products and combination of flavors was a top quality. Local wines at a reasonable price, deserts also 10 out of 10. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Can say that that was one of the best meals I recently had. Nice job, keep on going. If you are staying at Lamego for a couple of days, this is the only place you need to visit for food. We tried several different options from a top ranked places in the area and were disappointed by all means.

We are on a 15-day trip from France to Portugal via Spain, this restaurant was the best we went to on this trip! We are delighted with the service of the staff and the quality of the food! Simply incredible!

Delicious and incredible quality food! Spectacular service. The employee who served us was very attentive and helpful. There was no lack of friendliness and attention.
The managers are also very accessible and responsive. We went for dinner and lunch the next day. Dinner was monkfish rice that was "to eat and cry for more" (but there was leftovers and it was immensely well served). For lunch it was an entrecote accompanied with divine mushroom risotto! The wines are very good and "different" from the known ones.
Thank you very much for this spectacular experience. To be repeated on the next visit to Lamego.

Outstanding restaurant experience! Spontaneously as a couple without a reservation on Saturday evening, it was clear that we would have to wait. Meanwhile, two well-poured top Douros shortened the 1-hour waiting time for us. The wait was worth it. From the greeting from the kitchen: delicious bread with fresh herbs and olive oil, to 2 fantastic starters (including stuffed mushroom and pulled pork) to the main courses of rip-eye steak and extremely tender tuna belly with seaweed salad, everything was not only star-worthy , but very special in its preparation and a real surprise on the palate.
My wife and I were blown away. Although the portions were more than sufficient, we still had to try two different desserts, which we also loved. The service and wine advice were excellent and the nice gesture of the boss, who took a moment to chat, was very special.
All in all a great evening and a must for anyone visiting Lamego. Obrigado

A really great restaurant with regional dishes. The food was deliciously prepared from the tapas to the pork neck. The wine selection is good and you will be advised about it. We liked it and would happily recommend the restaurant.

Everything we ordered, the Grilled Octopus, the Salad Douro Excellence with Chicken, the Goat Cheese puff pastry, the Creme Brulee' and the Delecia de Chocolate were amazing. I don't usually bother to review food as we are not typically impressed, but we could not neglect to let people know they should make reservations and enjoy an amazing meal and wonderful hosts! Don't muss out on a wonderful dining experience!

Everything was excellent, being an Italian the pasta for me is very overcooked, but the sauce was excellent. Friendly and very efficient staff, good at everything.

Friendly place, where we have a different meal with excellent preparation. Good desserts, good Douro wine cellar, friendly service, there's only one thing that could be improved, which is the exhaustion at the end of the night, either due to the lack of efficiency of the devices or because they were turned off too early.
Without a doubt, a place to consider in Lamego.
