In the space of 5 minutes and with the letter open, they asked me 3 times if I had already chosen. Last year at 2pm and 10 minutes they refused to provide lunch. Service from one year to the next hasn't improved at all, I recommend visiting the RATATUI restaurant which is nearby, with fantastic pizzas and 5* service

We ate pizza and francesinhas. It took an hour from ordering until the food arrived. It was quite ok, but not special in any way. We lacked spices. The staff said we should have asked for salt and pepper, and that Portuguese food is not spicy. We have not experienced the food as unseasoned elsewhere this week.

The francesinha sauce is sweet?! I've eaten a lot of francesinhas and it left a lot to be desired.

Despite my explicit request and ordered for a smaller portion of pizza, I was served a regular-sized one and subsequently charged the full price. This mistake not only led to an incorrect order and billing but also resulted in unnecessary food waste, which was disappointing and concerning. It would greatly benefit both customers and the establishment if there was more attention to fulfilling orders accurately to minimize food wastage and ensure a more satisfactory dining experience.
