We tried the Scallops, which were divine. We then the octopus which was also very good. These were matched with Sidonio de Sousa sparkling wine. We then had the Sea Bass with clams risotto - this was an absolutely outstanding dish! Wow... Finally we tried the lobster with a delicious risotto as well. These dishes were matched with Insula Chao de Lavas, an outstanding wine, perfectly matching the dishes. Finally, we tried their version of the tiramisu...again what a version! We had the wonderful opportunity to meet the Chef, Rul Santos. He regaled us with some of the history of the local vermouth and the founding of the restaurant itself. We cannot recommend the restaurant enough to anyone and everyone. 5 stars!
